Salary: $212,202 - $274,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable software components and infrastructure within internal developer platforms and distributed systems.
• Optimize and refactor existing tooling, services, and workflows to improve system performance and maintainability.
• Conduct technical design and code reviews ensuring architectural alignment and secure coding practices.
• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives spanning multiple services, teams, and domains.
• Develop reusable frameworks and internal APIs for standardized integration across engineering teams.
• Use telemetry and operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive architectural improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be a resident of CO, CA, IL, NY, WA, or Washington DC in the United States.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7 years experience.
• 5 years experience with REST APIs or gRPC and Java, C#, or C++.
• 4 years experience with Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL, Grafana, Prometheus, AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud storage solutions.
• English: Proficient (B2) required.
