Data Analyst

TL;DR

Junior-Middle Data Analyst: Creating and improving reports, and ensuring data quality for decision-making with an accent on controlling and monitoring Marketing and Product metrics in Mixpanel and Tableau. Focus on identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights and collaborating with data and product teams.

Location: Remote, within approximately ± 4 hours of CET

What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams to maintain high-quality event tracking.
• Control and monitor Marketing and Product metrics using tools like Mixpanel and Tableau.
• Create new reports and collaborate on A/B tests.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights.
• Use SQL to analyze data for reports and team requests.
• Collaborate with the data team to ensure reporting consistency and data quality.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of work experience as a Data Analyst.
• Degree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science or Economics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Product Analytics.
• Experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude or similar.
• Strong in SQL.
• Experience with popular BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.

Nice to have

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Experience in Marketing Analytics.
• Experience with Python, R.
• Experience with GCP, BigQuery.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow.
• Experience with git and code review process.
