TL;DR

Technical Customer Support Engineer: Providing technical support and guidance to hirify.global users and customers across EMEA and globally with an accent on customer service, troubleshooting, and collaboration. Focus on solving complex technical issues, supporting cloud and open-source database technologies, and enhancing customer experience.

What you will do

  • Support and guide users, customers, and prospects via multiple communication channels including chat, Slack, and meetings.
  • Develop and share solutions based on hirify.global Cloud and open-source technologies through documentation and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with Support Services, Engineering, Go to Market, and Product Management teams to define user-required functionality.
  • Mentor and train colleagues, users, and customers to share knowledge and improve support quality.
  • Deliver professional first-line technical support within SLAs across a global distributed environment.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills required.
  • Technical expertise in hirify.global or related domains such as SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS, and distributed systems.
  • Experience in roles like Support Engineer, Consultant, DBA, SRE, Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or Systems Engineer.
  • Availability to provide high-quality 24x7 support in a global environment.
  • Ability to work fully remote with reliable connectivity.
  • Teamwork mindset, empathy, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global and open-source technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Experience with data pipelines like Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, or RabbitMQ.
