What you will do

  • Manage and resolve complex technical support cases related to enterprise software and Oracle ERP systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and document bugs and fixes for product and engineering teams.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting and guide customers through resolution steps.
  • Maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and support guides.
  • Mentor junior support engineers and share best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams using tools like Salesforce and JIRA.

Requirements

  • Must have 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems, strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
  • Knowledge of .NET Framework, ASP.NET, authentication protocols (Azure AD, SAML), and networking concepts.
  • Ability to analyze application logs, error messages, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Must be eligible to work in the country of the position; sponsorship is not available.
