What you will do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Validate data accuracy, perform data quality checks, and troubleshoot inconsistencies.
• Create documentation for metrics, KPIs, data models, and reporting logic.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to improve data availability and usability.

Requirements

• Experience as a BI Analyst for 2+ years.
• Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of KPIs, metrics, and business performance indicators.
• Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting best practices.
• Ability to work with large datasets, perform data cleaning, and analyze data quality issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• English: B2+ required
