What you will do
- Deliver high-quality support to partners via phone, email, and chat, owning issue resolution end-to-end.
- Use technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide excellent support experience.
- Escalate issues appropriately and maintain thorough documentation.
- Manage incident prioritization autonomously in line with service objectives.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hirify.global products and services.
- Provide 24/7 support with rotational weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines
- 2+ years troubleshooting server, network, email, and endpoint security issues.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, and networking protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python is desirable.
- 2+ years experience in phone, email, and chat support with high typing accuracy.
- Partner-focused with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
