TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer: Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and custom solution development for a full-cycle verification platform with an accent on RestAPI, SQL databases, and client communication. Focus on resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and supporting B2B clients globally.

What you will do

  • Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for the hirify.global platform to B2B clients.
  • Perform technical analysis of issues and define resolution plans.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other teams to escalate and resolve cases.
  • Communicate with clients via chat, email, and calls.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions using scripting or coding.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Experience troubleshooting web applications using RestAPI.
  • Basic programming knowledge and scripting skills.
  • Experience with SQL-like databases, HTML, and CSS.
  • Willingness to provide excellent support service.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Kibana or Elastic Stack.
  • Experience with mobile or web SDK support.
  • Hands-on with Postman and API troubleshooting.
  • Background in technical support for web or mobile apps.
  • Understanding of crypto, fintech, or banking applications.
