What you will do
- Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for Italy, aligned with company objectives.
- Manage brand campaigns, digital performance activities, and affiliate partnerships to drive acquisition and retention.
- Work closely with the central marketing team to plan and implement initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Oversee local marketing agencies and partners, ensuring quality delivery and accountability.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of marketing experience in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of both brand and performance marketing.
- Experience managing affiliates and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- CV must be submitted in English.
