What you will do

• Create engaging marketing copy for app, email, and other messaging platforms.
• Grow and elevate social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Track the latest social media and travel trends to bring creative ideas.
• Interact with the community and manage creator collaborations.
• Analyze channel performance to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Content and Growth Marketing teams to increase Italian market performance.

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in CRM and Social Media.
• Ability to get content to the point quickly and precisely.
• Independent work, high flexibility, confident demeanor, enjoyment of teamwork, and strong communication skills.
• Pronounced hands-on mentality and very good self-organization.
• Excellent Italian language skills (native speaker level).
• Very good English language skills.
• Passion for the tourism industry.
