Location: This hybrid role is based at our Lohne office, with remote work options across Europe or from our office-hubs in Augsburg, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, and Lohne (Oldenburg). Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered.

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and secure Mac-based technical infrastructure for local offices and remote environments.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, security protocols, and robust authentication services (IdP).
• Maintain device management utilizing Apple Business Manager (ABM) and an MDM solution (e.g., Kandji/Jamf) to automate macOS and iOS device lifecycles.
• Maintain and automate the comprehensive tool stack, managing licenses, contracts, and upgrades for SaaS applications like Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian.
• Serve as the technical go-to person, handling escalated helpdesk tickets and providing user support across all departments.
• Leverage APIs and tools like Workato, N8N, and Zapier to build automations for IT processes, and actively explore and integrate AI tools to enhance internal workflows.

Requirements

• Completed vocational qualification in an IT-related field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration).
• Minimum of two years of proven professional experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong working knowledge of the Mac / iOS ecosystem and proven expertise in managing user permission management and authentication services (IdP).
• Deep technical expertise in key platforms such as Kandji/Jamf, Okta/Auth0, Workato/N8N/Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Network administration, Security, and Ubiquiti hardware.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a logical, analytical thought process to create secure and efficient processes.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Must be based at the Lohne office for this hybrid role.
• Cannot offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
