hirify.global is a fast-growing Berlin-based fintech startup building a next-generation mobile banking platform.

What you will do

• Define and implement overall IT cloud architecture and infrastructure.
• Deploy SaaS/PaaS platforms across multiple cloud environments.
• Implement security measures to protect cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate on documentation and certification processes.
• Monitor system KPIs and ensure performance goals are met.
• Build and manage a small operations team to support scaling.
• Plan operations budget and define SLAs with C-level management.

Requirements

• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Google Cloud, Azure, and/or AWS.
• Good English skills; German is a plus but not required.
• Strong service orientation and teamwork skills.
