What you will do

• Manage requests within the IT Service Desk.
• Oversee hardware (laptops, phones, meeting rooms) and software.
• Act as the primary contact for IT questions.
• Propose and implement improvements for hardware and software management.
• Identify opportunities for IT automation and simplification.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and excellent English skills.
• Must be located in or near Eindhoven.
• Proactive attitude and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own time.
• Strong interest in IT topics.
