What you will do
- Build onsite list growth experiences that adapt in real time to shopper behavior.
- Shape experimentation strategies, from A/B to advanced Multi-Armed Bandit decisioning.
- Develop metrics and controls for marketers to manage and optimize personalized experiences.
- Drive feature prioritization to enhance product adoption and customer experience.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients and sales teams to gather insights and deliver measurable business impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including GTM sales, design, machine learning, and engineering to support growth efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally building or scaling growth, personalization, or onsite conversion products.
- Comfortable working across both backend systems (decision logic, triggers, architecture) and frontend experiences (creative surfaces, UI, UX, interaction).
- Clear and crisp communication, both up and down the organization.
- Forms strong opinions and updates them when new data comes in, making calls based on signal.
- Execution-first mindset, focusing on unblocking, simplifying, shipping, and iterating.
- Analytical and hypothesis-driven, comfortable making decisions with imperfect data.
- Enjoys partnering cross-functionally (Engineering, Data Science, Go-To-Market, Design) and thrives in ambiguity.
