What you will do

• Shape hirify.global Capital from the ground floor, defining the roadmap, user experience, and goals for a new business line.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, finance, and Go-to-Market teams to launch entirely new fintech products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience and/or comparable experience in finance.
• Analytical mindset, with expertise in SQL, Looker, Excel, or similar data analysis tools.
• Technical understanding of software (APIs, data models, logic) and finance (interest rate, yield, discounting, compounding).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and make low-information, high-risk decisions.
• A systems thinker, detail-oriented, and able to distinguish between significant and minor issues.
