What you will do

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for integrations with third-party backend gaming service providers.
• Design scalable solutions connecting external game backend services with hirify.global’s ecosystem.
• Act as subject-matter expert on backend gaming systems including identity, inventory, entitlements, progression, matchmaking, and social features.
• Collaborate with external providers and internal teams to align APIs and workflows.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data flows across integrations.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and promote best practices in software architecture.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of game backend systems and services.
• Experience designing integrations between large-scale platforms or distributed systems.
• SDK/API design skills and microservices architecture experience.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
