Focus on designing and implementing scalable, high-performing frontend architecture and managing technical debt for large-scale SaaS applications.

What you will do

  • Lead design and implementation of hirify.global’s React-based frontend architecture.
  • Build high-performance, data-rich UIs that interact seamlessly with large-scale APIs and data sources.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to translate complex finance workflows into intuitive user experiences.
  • Take ownership of existing codebase modernization and technical debt management.
  • Mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions.
  • Establish best practices for testing, performance optimization, and accessibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of frontend development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern state management patterns.
  • Experience with frontend build systems such as Webpack or Vite and component libraries such as Blueprint.js, MUI, or Chakra UI.
  • Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience working with cloud-native environments including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

  • Experience building large-scale SaaS applications with modular and maintainable architectures.
  • Familiarity with performance profiling, bundle optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Recharts, or ECharts.
  • Understanding of backend fundamentals such as Node.js, APIs, or data pipelines.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-functional projects.
