What you will do

• Own production of one or more strike teams and be responsible for end-to-end delivery of features and content.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and roadmaps, considering dependencies across multiple development teams.
• Provide transparent communications on project status and risks to stakeholders.
• Partner with multiple leaders to understand and balance priorities, requirements, and critical timelines.
• Manage both internal and external resources, including resource allocation and budget forecasts.

Requirements

• Experience on AAA games or game platforms from concept to release.
• Previous experience managing cross-functional teams in creating and delivering complex projects.
• Ability to lead roadmap planning activities, including feedback collection and requirements gathering.
• Deep understanding of game development, software development process, and project management practices.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
