What you will do
- Own enterprise field strategy focusing on 1:1, 1:few, and high-touch programs
- Plan, run, and optimize field events such as dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and CXO programs
- Manage vendor selection, negotiation, procurement, and coordination with financial discipline
- Develop promotion playbooks, outbound strategies, and sales enablement kits
- Support sales with targeting, invitation strategy, and post-event follow-up frameworks
- Build measurement strategies tying marketing investment to pipeline and influenced ARR
Requirements
- 6+ years B2B field marketing experience with enterprise program ownership
- Proven track record planning executive events influencing pipeline outcomes
- Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiation
- Strong skills in event promotion, outbound strategy, and funnel measurement
- Experience running direct mail campaigns and account-layer personalization
- Willingness to travel 25-50% for field activations
- Application and communication in English required
