What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns covering the entire sales funnel across multiple channels.
- Be accountable for achieving overall KPIs, as well as quarterly trial, MQL, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaign plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Partner with the Paid Media team to shape channel strategy, especially on LinkedIn.
- Consistently track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, leveraging AI tooling.
- Collaborate closely with various marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure demand generation plans achieve growth targets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a demand generation role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics, including ARR, MRR, CAC, sales cycle, and associated metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Experience with event-led marketing (virtual and in-person) and integrated acquisition programs across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Proven experience in developing optimized creative, building full-funnel campaigns, and conducting platform reviews for ongoing performance optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion.
- Proficiency and comfort with AI tools to accelerate speed-to-market, automate workflows, and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with trial conversion journeys in support of sales motion.
