Salary: $122,000–$163,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Kubernetes-powered HPC cloud infrastructure and GPU workloads.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve technical skills and support quality.
• Lead technical escalations and develop best practices for customer issue resolution.
• Create and maintain knowledge-sharing resources and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows and improve support processes.
• Participate in shift work and on-call rotations including after-hours and holiday coverage.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in one of the specified US office locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud support, systems administration, or related roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Linux system administration, networking, and HPC.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be a U.S. person or eligible to access export controlled information per U.S. Government regulations.

• CKA certification.
• Experience creating training and onboarding materials.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and flexible to travel up to 10%.
