Location: Hybrid, Belgrade

is a company disrupting the Intelligent Network Operations market, focusing on linking core services with predictive network understanding.
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend components using Java, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with other development, QA, and product teams.
- Resolve complex technical challenges with creativity and independence.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Contribute to testing and automation strategies to improve reliability and maintainability.
- Occasionally lead development efforts or mentor junior team members.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency and comfort working with Java, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices.
- Exposure to testing frameworks, automation tools, and infrastructure concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical features and deliver them with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- Experience in networking or infrastructure software development.
- Familiarity with DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) concepts.
