What you will do

• Manage security vulnerability scans, interpret results, and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Monitor security incidents using SIEM tools and lead incident response processes.
• Conduct threat modeling using STRIDE methodology and support security governance and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and external audits (ISO 27001, TISAX, GDPR).
• Drive security awareness and compliance culture across teams and manage client security relationships.
• Participate in security strategy meetings and produce technology watch reports.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Bucharest, Romania with hybrid work arrangement.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Bachelor's degree and CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with vulnerability management, SIEM tools, threat modeling, and incident response.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and TISAX.
• Familiarity with cloud security fundamentals (Azure, AWS, or similar).
