What you will do
- Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence across multiple teams.
- Create and manage Jira projects, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and notification schemes.
- Develop and optimize automation rules to improve operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional departments with tailored Jira solutions.
- Lead upgrades, integrations, and migrations related to Atlassian tools.
- Train users and promote adoption of Jira and Confluence best practices.
Requirements
- On-site work in Limassol, Cyprus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field; Master’s is a plus.
- 3+ years experience as Jira Administrator or Atlassian Tools Specialist.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or Forex/CFD trading environments is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC processes.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
Nice to have
- Atlassian certifications (ACP-120, ACP-620).
- Experience with Jira Cloud and Jira Data Center.
- Knowledge of scripting with Groovy and automation tools like ScriptRunner.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub, Jenkins.
- Experience with reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
