What you will do

• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify challenges and solve them with creative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Data & AI team, IT, and business departments to come up with the best-fitting AI solutions.
• Deliver high-quality AI solutions with attention to business value and stakeholder involvement.
• Guide colleagues in the use of Data & AI and support junior colleagues in developing reliable AI solutions.

Requirements

• University-level working and thinking capacity with at least 7 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proven track record of delivering complex AI solutions that have made an impact.
• Strong communication skills to engage, advise, and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of and experience with data science process standards such as training, testing, and validation.
• Experience with data transformation, data visualization, and the development of machine learning and AI models.
• Excellent proficiency in programming in Python.
• Dutch language: Strong command is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in coaching data scientists on content.
• Experience with Azure and Databricks.
• Experience in financial services.
