Salary: $191,000–$223,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and evolve backend notification systems and collaborative hosting tools.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to prioritize and scope projects.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in on-call rotations to meet SLAs.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Drive alignment and manage projects through collaboration.

Requirements

• Must be located in a US state where hirify.global has a registered entity.
• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JVM languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
• Experience with large-scale service-oriented backend architectures.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Ability to make data-driven technical decisions.
