TL;DR

SAP Finance Senior Managing Consultant (SAP Finance): Leading and advising clients on SAP Finance transformation projects, focusing on end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and strategic insights. Focus on business process blueprinting, executive-level communication, and ensuring efficient program delivery from blueprint to go-live.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland. Some travel may be required based on business demand within EMEA.

What you will do

• Lead small project teams in SAP implementation services.
• Advise client executives and leaders on benefits of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and/or SAP Central Finance as strategic assets.
• Provide strategic insights on running SAP programs/projects efficiently from blueprint to go-live.
• Work directly with customers for hands-on delivery and strategic guidance.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience with multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations from project preparation to go-live.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance projects.
• Good understanding of an SAP centric Finance architecture and corresponding application areas (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Tax).
• Strong business process knowledge and business process blueprinting experience (e.g. Signavio).
• Ability to communicate at executive level with Finance leaders.

Nice to have

• Proven thought leadership in SAP Financials General Ledger, Controlling and Margin Analysis.
• Strong knowledge in S/4HANA Finance and/or Central Finance roadmap and new innovations across releases.
• Knowledge of areas such as Product Costing, SAP Group Reporting, Credit Management, or Cash Management.
