What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global community strategy across Discord, social channels, and community initiatives.
  • Architect and manage the Discord server, including bots, roles, and automated engagement tools.
  • Design and run regular community events, contests, and AMAs to drive player activation and retention.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of moderators and community specialists to maintain a positive environment.
  • Collect, analyze, and translate player feedback and community sentiment into product-level insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Game Design, and LiveOps teams to align messaging and feature releases.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in community management for games or large consumer brands.
  • Deep expertise in Discord, including bots, automations, and safety tools.
  • Proven ability to manage communities of 20,000+ members.
  • Strong English communication skills with native-level tone management.
  • Experience recruiting, training, and managing community or moderation teams.
  • Solid understanding of gaming culture, influencer ecosystems, and player psychology.

Nice to have

  • Experience in F2P mobile games and live operations.
  • Proven track record in influencer collaborations and creator networking.
