What you will do

• Serve as on-site contact and representative at consumer events related to sponsored properties.
• Prepare marketing materials and ensure product readiness for events.
• Submit creative requests and liaise between designers and approvers to launch marketing campaigns timely.
• Collaborate on a group project to improve Motorola's go-to-market strategy.
• Support meeting management by scheduling and taking minutes to share updates with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Chicago, Illinois, United States
• Initiative to take on new tasks and improve business organization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to lead calls and provide direction.
• Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and partners at all levels.
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• 1-3 years of business and industry acumen.
• Marketing background or collegiate studies focus preferred.
• Flexibility to support event activation during evenings and weekends.
