What you will do

• Research techniques for making agent behavior observable and interpretable across multiple modalities.
• Define and leverage performance and reliability metrics to guide AI agent behavior and improve robustness.
• Optimize serving and orchestration of multi-modal AI models in cloud-native environments.
• Contribute to frameworks and tools enhancing robustness, efficiency, and scalability of AI systems.
• Collaborate within hirify.global Research to advance AI infrastructure and responsible innovation.

Requirements

• Must be a Master's or PhD candidate in computer science or related disciplines.
• Strong coding skills in Python.
• Experience in at least two areas: cloud and AI systems, performance characterization and optimization, generative AI, or mathematical modelling.
• Location: Hybrid work in Dublin, Ireland.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
