Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain (office presence required some days per week, no full remote possible)

What you will do

  • Monitor and analyze transactions to detect fraud patterns including scams, phishing, and account takeovers
  • Conduct risk assessments for new products and onboarding processes
  • Investigate potential fraud cases and implement preventive measures
  • Collaborate with Risk and Security teams to improve fraud detection strategies
  • Deliver timely and high-quality fraud analysis while maintaining customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Barcelona with hybrid office presence
  • Languages: Bilingual in English and French required
  • At least 6-12 months experience in fraud detection, AML, or related field
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and counterparties
  • Motivated to continuously learn and improve
