What you will do
- Oversee daily affiliate program activities ensuring smooth operation
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize affiliate revenue
- Maintain positive relationships and serve as primary contact for affiliates
- Create and monitor marketing content aligned with brand guidelines
- Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and forecast revenue
- Conduct regular check-ins to support affiliates and improve program efficiency
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in Affiliate Program Management or related field
- Excellent knowledge of English, Russian, and Armenian languages
- Strong understanding of digital and affiliate marketing principles
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data
