What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with company goals.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify learning needs and design innovative training programs.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new learning platforms and online tools.
• Develop and manage an annual assessment process to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align L&D initiatives.
• Work closely with HR to integrate learning into talent management and succession planning, and manage the L&D budget.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related strategic HR role.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of English and Armenian is a must.
