Location: This is an on-site role based in Yerevan

hirify.global is a company seeking an experienced Head of People Analytics to join its team.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic workforce planning and align headcount forecasts with business plans.
  • Develop analytical models to project future talent needs across geographies and functions.
  • Design and manage headcount normalization frameworks.
  • Build tools to monitor employee workload, productivity, and utilization.
  • Assess organizational structure effectiveness and recommend optimal team configurations.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to embed analytics into org design and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, strategic HR, or management consulting, with strong expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and headcount optimization.
  • Proven experience in organizational design, operating model assessment, or HR transformation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Russian and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
