is a company seeking an experienced Head of People Analytics to join its team.
What you will do
- Lead strategic workforce planning and align headcount forecasts with business plans.
- Develop analytical models to project future talent needs across geographies and functions.
- Design and manage headcount normalization frameworks.
- Build tools to monitor employee workload, productivity, and utilization.
- Assess organizational structure effectiveness and recommend optimal team configurations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to embed analytics into org design and budgeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, strategic HR, or management consulting, with strong expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and headcount optimization.
- Proven experience in organizational design, operating model assessment, or HR transformation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Fluent in Russian and English.

- Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
