What you will do

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related technologies.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for PHP code.
• Implement best practices for web application security.
• Integrate server-side logic with user interfaces, working with front-end developers.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Debug and resolve issues related to web applications and database interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on PHP.
• Strong command of modern PHP (7.x, 8.x) and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Proven track record with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
• Experience in working with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integrating them with back-end services.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL), including schema design, complex queries, and optimization.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Basic understanding of server environments (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and deployment processes.
• Exposure to version control systems (e.g., Git).

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
