Location: Remote (global) or Office-First in Warsaw, Cracow, or Wroclaw, Poland. Relocation to Poland is supported.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day collaboration with external development partners across multiple disciplines.
• Define outsourcing strategies in alignment with project goals and production plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external studios and internal teams.
• Supervise the quality of outsourced work, including milestone reviews and feedback loops.
• Support contract management, resource forecasting, and negotiate business terms with partners.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective tools, systems, workflows, and operational policies for co-dev.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in game development, with at least 2 years in production, outsourcing, or co-development leadership.
• Background in vendor management or business aspects of outsourcing.
• Solid understanding of production pipelines for at least one of the following: art, design, or programming.
• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to build trust-based relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience working with production tools such as Jira or Miro.
