What you will do

• Design, deliver, and optimize hirify.global Technology solutions aligned with client goals.
• Apply technical expertise and consultative skills to solve client challenges effectively.
• Create and execute agile plans including installation, testing, migration, and operations.
• Conduct and participate in technical solution workshops.
• Build and maintain relationships from engineers to CxOs to navigate and resolve challenges.
• Collaborate across client, partner, and hirify.global teams with strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work arrangement in Seoul, South Korea
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in Data and AI technologies including data management, governance, trustworthy AI, and business analytics.
• Experience with programming in at least two of Python, R, Scala, or Java; preference for Python.
• Experience in machine learning pipelines, model deployment, and monitoring.
