What you will do

• Test and compare analytical tools for GC-MS data processing.
• Evaluate accuracy, robustness, and automation capabilities.
• Integrate selected tools into an existing analysis pipeline.
• Work with large datasets and develop efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, math, computer science, information technology, chemical sciences or engineering.
• Strong background in statistics and data science.
• Proficiency in R, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in developing analysis pipelines and handling large datasets.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GC-MS data formats and processing.
• Interest in food science and sensory analysis.
• Basic understanding of analytical chemistry and food aroma concepts.
