What you will do

• Manage and maintain Coverity and Black Duck tools ensuring minimal downtime and effective operation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to development teams for effective tool usage.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, QA, and security teams to optimize tool integration and usage.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge repositories for proactive user support.
• Participate in continuous improvement discussions and implement service enhancements.

Requirements

• Location: Bangalore, India
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of software development experience and 2 years supporting tools like Coverity, Plastic SCM, GIT/GERRIT, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform for tool operations support.
• Automation and scripting skills in BASH and Python.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
