What you will do

• Own performance and delivery for one or more mobile games, including live and pipeline projects
• Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and financial targets
• Lead and manage a team of product managers and analysts
• Oversee scheduling, roadmaps, and monitoring systems for game development and delivery
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize user acquisition and monetization
• Define and standardize key KPIs and guide analytics prioritization

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in London, UK
• English: B2 level or higher
• 5+ years senior product experience in games, ideally mobile
• Proven leadership of scaled games businesses and product teams
• Strong knowledge of ad monetization, KPIs, and ad technology
• Expert analytical skills including SQL, Looker, and A/B testing
