TL;DR

Business Process Architect (SaaS): Own and design the full Target Operating Model for a multi tower managed service covering finance ops, KYC, export, logistics, and a contact centre with an accent on service blueprinting, controls, tooling design, and transition planning. Focus on building scalable, compliant, and efficient multi-country service operations integrating design, technology, and compliance.

Location: Hybrid across Manchester, Leeds, Cologne, and remote

Salary: £600 - £650 per day

What you will do

• Own the Target Operating Model across people, process, technology, data, governance, and partners
• Produce service blueprints, BPMN workflows, routing models, and exception paths
• Design control frameworks for finance, KYC, AML, export compliance, and audit evidence
• Specify tooling architecture including case management, CCaaS, IVR, WFM, OCR, RPA, and analytics
• Build demand and capacity models with forecasting, staffing, and shift planning
• Lead transition planning including pilots, go live, hypercare, risk, and change management

Requirements

• Must be able to travel between the UK and Cologne
• Proven experience building multi tower managed services at scale
• Strong service design and operating model design background including TOM, RACI, and service blueprinting
• Deep BPMN expertise and workforce planning skills
• Strong controls understanding across finance reconciliation, KYC, AML, export documentation, and audit readiness
• Familiarity with tools like Dynamics, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect, UiPath, Power Automate, M Files, SharePoint, and Power BI or Tableau

• Strong facilitation skills working with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk, Operations, and Data teams
