• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience shipping LLM-powered products.
• Strong engineering leadership skills with a proven track record.
• Fluency in tech stack: Typescript, React, Nodejs, Python, Django.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to balance architecture with pragmatism.
