What you will do
- Manage and maintain relationships with Customer Engagement Center vendors across Cairo and EMEA.
- Drive achievement of financial, customer experience, and operational KPIs through data analysis and action plans.
- Oversee warranty and Premium Care operations within vendor scope.
- Lead continuous process improvements and standardization across vendor operations.
- Utilize AI analytics and automation tools to optimize workflows and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and support AI adoption and training for vendors.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Cairo, Egypt
- English and Arabic proficiency required; additional languages advantageous
- Minimum 3 years experience in contact center environment with leadership skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with Power BI or AI dashboards is a plus.
