What you will do

• Write clear briefs for artists to guide their work.
• Plan sprints in Jira, prioritizing tasks and managing scope.
• Track deadlines and assist artists in overcoming obstacles.
• Assign tasks with context while avoiding micromanagement.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence and Google Docs.
• Facilitate communication between artists, art leads, and clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a PM/Coordinator/Project Admin, preferably in gamedev.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Native Russian speaker.
• Systematic thinking and understanding of the art production pipeline.

Nice to have

• Experience working with artists or creative teams.
• Project management experience in gamedev or IT.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
