What you will do

• Design, implement, and enhance high-performance C++ software for telecom systems
• Collaborate closely with system architects and engineering teams on feature definition and technical design
• Analyze, debug, and resolve complex production issues to ensure smooth system operation
• Ensure software quality, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring and validation
• Provide ongoing technical support and contribute to process improvements for system and workflow optimization

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in C and C++ software development
• Strong Linux environment skills including scripting (Python, Bash)
• Hands-on experience with automation pipelines and CI/CD practices
• Experience with cloud/container platforms such as OpenShift or OpenStack
• Knowledge of telecommunication systems, especially IMS, is highly desirable
• Familiarity with SIP and Diameter signalling protocols is a strong advantage
• Must reside in Poland
• Fluent Polish and English required
