What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of SIEM services based on Google SecOps from design to operational maturity.
• Lead development, deployment, and ongoing management ensuring business, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Define, track, and optimize KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics while driving continuous improvement.
• Serve as central contact point for stakeholders, SecOps teams, engineering, and business units.
• Design service architecture, data ingestion, and operational workflows for Google SecOps.
• Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, incident response procedures, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive practical experience with Google SecOps or equivalent SIEM technologies
• Experience managing complex enterprise infrastructures including large-scale log aggregation and system integration.
• In-depth knowledge of SOC workflows, detection engineering, incident management, and automation pipelines.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and sustain security monitoring platforms.
• Professional experience as Service Owner, Delivery Manager, SecOps Lead, or comparable leadership role.
• Hands-on experience establishing new services from inception including architecture, SOPs, and team structuring.
• Knowledge of ITIL, SRE practices, and SIEM lifecycle.
• Fluency in English
