What you will do
- Support product vision and roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams to execute aligned projects.
- Lead discovery, delivery, and iteration of features improving call routing and customer engagement.
- Define, build, and deploy interactive AI bots and conversational interfaces for customer self-service.
- Identify AI and machine learning opportunities for operational automation like sentiment analysis and call transcription.
- Create product requirements and collaborate with engineering on technical execution.
- Define and track success metrics for agent efficiency, customer satisfaction, and AI automation performance.
Requirements
- English and Ukrainian language proficiency required
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Ability to lead Scrum teams with remote members.
- Strong analytical skills to mine data and drive product decisions.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Contact center and startup experience.
- Experience with telephony and omnichannel platforms (e.g., Twilio, Genesys).
- Experience building interactive voice or chat bots.
- SQL skills for querying large datasets.
