What you will do

• Develop high-quality playable ads that set industry benchmarks.
• Provide regular updates on ongoing tasks and inform risks to stakeholders.
• Propose, design and implement reusable frameworks, tools, and systems to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Conduct and encourage rigorous code reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of computer science concepts.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with PixiJS, ThreeJS, and Git.
• Knowledge of shaders and experience with WebGL/WebGI.
• Experience in the game industry & game development.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical initiatives.
