What you will do

• Design and implement new and existing UI features and their intersections with gameplay and services.
• Optimize performance and fix bugs in UI systems.
• Build relationships with art, design, product, and performance teams to support player experiences in Fortnite.
• Collaborate with peers, share knowledge, and write maintainable, extensible code.
• Maintain attention to detail in functionality, readability, and compliance.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of C++ and technical fundamentals.
• Experience developing UI features for mobile platforms.
• Unreal Engine development experience.
• General experience with web services.
• Commitment to quality work, collaboration, and learning unfamiliar systems.
• Clear communication in a remote, cross-disciplinary team.
• Interest in games, interactive experiences, and UI/UX principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
