TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, requiring three days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead and drive critical software projects across hirify.global's product portfolio.
  • Design and define loosely coupled, scalable systems within a microservices architecture.
  • Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management.
  • Build, own, and operate systems to the highest levels of resilience and service.
  • Mentor junior team members and assist in their technical development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in C# .NET, Java, or Go, with strong understanding of software development principles.
  • Great communication skills and ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile environments and delivering high-quality code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • English: B2+ required.

  • AI proficiency or curiosity to enhance productivity.
