What you will do

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for global AM and CSM teams.
  • Develop and facilitate skill-development sessions focused on customer lifecycle excellence.
  • Provide 1:1 and group coaching to strengthen relationship management and expansion strategies.
  • Lead call reviews and coaching sessions to improve account planning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Drive adoption of playbooks and processes for scalable customer engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify skill gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
  • 3+ years in post-sales customer-facing roles within Commercial or Enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • 1+ year experience in sales or customer success enablement or leadership/coaching roles.
  • Strong understanding of post-sales customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Catalyst, Tableau, and Google Workspace.

Nice to have

  • Domain knowledge in IT, Security, and SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Value Selling and Customer Success frameworks.
